  1.                                LICENSE AGREEMENT

  5. Dimestore Software grants you without charge the right to reproduce,
  6. distribute, and use copies of this "shareware" version of PROBILL on the
  7. following conditions:

  9. Limited Distribution License:

  12.     o  The PROBILL package - including all related program
  13.        files and documentation files - CANNOT be modified in any
  14.        way and must be distributed as a complete package, without
  15.        exception. You may not change this license agreement or the
  16.        copyright notice.
  17.  
  18.     o  No price or other compensation may be charged for the
  19.        PROBILL package. A distribution cost may be charged for
  20.        the cost of the diskette, shipping and handling.
  21.        Bulletin boards and on-line services may charge their
  22.        usual per-minute or membership fees (but may not sell
  23.        the right to use the program beyond the trial period).

  25.     o  The PRINTED User's Guide may not be reproduced in whole or
  26.        in part, using any means, without the written permission
  27.        of Dimestore Software.  In other words, the disk-based
  28.        documentation may not be distributed in PRINTED (hardcopy)
  29.        form.

  31.     o  The PROBILL package cannot be "rented" or "leased"
  32.        to others.
  33.  
  34.     o  Dimestore Software prohibits the distribution of outdated
  35.        versions of the PROBILL package, without written
  36.        permission from Dimestore Software. If the version you have
  37.        is over twelve  months old, please contact us to
  38.        ensure that you have the most current version.  This
  39.        version was released in May, 1993.
  40.  
  41.     o  Licensee shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  42.        decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or
  43.        transfer the licensed program except as provided in this
  44.        agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall result in
  45.        immediate and automatic termination of this license.

  47. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved to Dimestore Software.

  49. Purchasing your Licensed, Production copy of PROBILL will bring you:

  51.    1. The latest version with all updates and enhancements.
  52.    2. The complete, bound manual including screens and sample reports.
